Considering that Dubai Creek enables guests to enjoy sunrise on the bed, we hoped to create a different experience for them in Gulf Palace, and so took “sunset” as the key word for choosing the site. Finally we decided to locate the project in the end of Dubai creek of Dubai, which directly faces the Gulf sea, Dubai Ancient City and the new design of the creek is a perfect position to have a panoramic view of city skyline. We named the hotel “Gulf palace”, indicating that it provides an open view to the Gulf sea

The complete renaissance of Genena mall has repositioned the center as an elegant, contemporary classic shopping/dining experience. Prior to the renovation, the Owner, Genena Real Estate Investment recognized that while strong customer demographics existed, many were driving by the center to shop at competing developments. With the potential addition of a new department store, the need for a major repositioning of the center was appropriate. As a result, the comprehensive renovation of the development included the total design of the exerior facade, in additional of two-level mall floors, a new parking structure, and the complete renewal of the interior mall, all while the center remained in full operation.

Composing several blocks into three different Building but yet connected on the basis of concrete structure features a comprehensive medical infrastructure .Moreover , being integrated via a transitive atrium that pervades and provides natural light accessibility in different departments, while porches create a subtle and interactive visual communication between inside and surrounding environment. We attempted to configure a new illustration of hospitals in minds and change the regular mentality of hospital in Egypt
